Employee Corner - Pathway to complete required steps to work
WELCOME NEW APPLICANTS
These are the tasks you must complete in order to work.
1. Fill Out the Employee Applicant Form. Sign it and send a PDF to hagel@safepassageyouth.org Please also text a photo of the form signed and filled out to 805-558-8987.
2. Download and Print the Livescan Fingerprint Application Card. Take the card to any LiveScan facility near you (Often UPS stores etc) and have them LiveScan fingerprint you. They will send us the results electronically. This is a youth protection requirement of the State. We will Venmo you the fingerprint fee , usually $25-50, just let us know. LIVESCAN LOCATIONS
3. Complete the free online State of California Mandatory Reporter Course. Sign up as an individual and then pick the class for the educator category. It takes about an hour. Print your certificate. Email a PDF to hagel@safepassageyouth.org Please also text a photo of the certificate and filled out to 805-558-8987.

4. Read the Safe Passage Youth Protection Policy. Send an email to hagel@safepassageyouth.org on the subject line write: Your Name , "Completed Youth Protection Policy. In the body of the email write: I have read the youth protection policy and agree to abide by the policy.
