Ask any cop. Have they ever arrested a 15-35 year old gang member that spent any day of the week at a Theatrical Performance, Play, Art Show, Museum or Music Class? The Answer, "NO." We can't simply keep arresting our way out of society's youth social problems. Safe Passage sends all children free of charge each week to plays, art classes, musicals, museums and colleges.
Police cars arrived at the hospital filled with kids and took them into surgery. To learn how to use robots to save lives.
We are a community of organizations; Conejo Recreation and Park District, Schools, Nonprofits, Volunteers, Health Care providers, Businesses and the Police Department focused on helping make pathways for K-6 grade children in order to avoid being enticed into gangs. Come inside here and see why Safe Passage stops gangs rather than jail or prison.
